Located in the heart of downtown Gainesville, Amelia's Restaurant has been serving Gainesville's finest Italian cuisine for the last 20 years. Chef Andy Fass is a true Gator, having graduated from the University of Florida and Levin College of Law prior to completing his culinary training at the New England Culinary Institute. His speciality is traditional Italian cuisine and Andy plans to bring his own flavor to the menu by introducing frequent specials to the classic Amelia's repertoire. He also plans to bring new life to Amelia's experience, from the menu items to the atmosphere. From the South: Take Williston Rd. East to Main Street (329). Turn Left on Main Street. Proceed North on Main Street for 2.2 miles. After the light at S. 4th Ave., make an immediate right into the Milam Funeral Home/Sun Center Parking Lot; Follow the Arrow Painted on the wall by foot to the front of Amelia's.

From the North: Take Newberry Ave/University Ave. East to Main Street (329). Turn Right on Main Street. Proceed through two traffic lights (1st Ave and 2nd Ave). Pass 2nd Place (Hippodrome) and make your next left into the Milam Funeral Home/Sun Center Parking Lot; Follow the arrow painted on the wall by foot to the front of Amelia's.
